- A factory-manufactured perimeter system of prestressed concrete panels and posts. Because panels are cast in a controlled plant and only assembled on site, installation runs 60–70% faster than brick, with consistent M40/M45 grade quality and a 50+ year service life.
- On small runs brick can look cheaper, but at scale precast wins on total cost: far less site labour, no curing delays, no plaster or paint cycle, and minimal maintenance over the asset life. For projects above roughly 1,000 running metres the per-metre advantage is significant.
- Yes. We dispatch from plants in Dholka (Gujarat) and Phalodi (Rajasthan) and have executed work in Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu and Gujarat. For large orders we set up a casting yard near site.
- Yes — our prestressed mono-block sleepers are manufactured to RDSO specification IRS-T-39 and supplied to Indian Railways, RVNL and private rail contractors under third-party inspection.
- Products are designed for 50–75 years with minimal maintenance. M40/M45 grade concrete, correctly detailed reinforcement and factory-controlled curing give consistent long-term structural performance.
